COL Geoffrey Ling
is Professor and Vice Chairman of the Neurology Department, and Director of the Division of Critical Care Medicine at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. COL Geoffrey Ling earned his Ph.D. in Pharmacology at Cornell University-Graduate School of Medical Sciences, New York, (1982). He continued his post doctoral training in Neuropharmacology at the Sloan-Kettering Memorial Cancer Center, New York, (1982-1985). He earned his M.D., from Georgetown University School of Medicine, Washington, DC (1985-1989). He completed both a Neurology Internship (1989-1990), and a Neurology Residency (1990-1993), at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington, DC. He completed a Fellowship in the Neurosciences Critical Care Unit, Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD (1993-1995).
