Dr. Gunderson's activities are concentrated at The University where he is Neurology Clerkship Director and oversees the Educational activities of the Neurology Department. He is Special Assistant to the Administrative Director of the National Capitol Consortium and oversees the Internal Reviews of more than 60 training programs. Research interests center around improvement of both Undergraduate and Graduate Medical Education and the history of Neurology in the Armed Forces. He is Secretary of the Academy of Medicine of Washington, DC and Past President of the Government Services Committee of the American Academy of Neurology.
