Selected Professional Activities: Dr. Waechter is a member of the American Psychological Association and Eastern Psychological Association, and a Fellow of the Maryland Psychological Association. She is currently a Grant Proposal Reviewer for the National Board of Medical Examiners Stemmler Fund, an Accreditation Survey Team Secretary for the Liaison Committee on Medical Education, and an Accreditation Site Visitor for the American Psychological Association. She is a past member of the Department of Defense Metrics of Excellence Task Force.
Professional Activities
Selected Awards and Honors: Dr. Waechter is a two-time recipient of the USU Outstanding Civilian Educator Award. She is a recipient of the USU Distinguished Service Medal. While serving on active duty as an Army Clinical Psychologist, she received the Defense Meritorious Service Medal.
