Our Mission
The mission of the Department of Medical and Clinical Psychology includes teaching, research, and service. We train Ph.D. students and post-doctoral fellows in medical and clinical psychology as well as contribute to medical student education. Our research activities focus on psychology and health (physical and mental) and on relevant biological and behavioral processes.
The Department provides service to the Uniformed Services University (USU), the Department of Defense (DoD), other government agencies, and the fields of health and clinical psychology.
