MEMORANDUM FOR FACULTY AND STAFF
SUBJECT: GSN Faculty Council
The Faculty Council is established as of January 20, 1995. The Council consists of all GSN faculty members and meets monthly or as determined by the Council. Minutes of the Council will be published.
The purpose of the Council is to provide the opportunity for faculty input into the governance of GSN, to bring issues of faculty interest to the attention of the Dean and to hold discussions and deliberations on subjects appropriate to the faculty.
Faculty Council Bylaws, dated 16 April 2001, are attached. Bylaws of 21 March 1995 are superceded.
