Comparability & Faculty Welfare Committee
The comparability committee generates an annual report comparing USU faculty salaries to peer institutions, as required by the constitution of the Faculty Senate. Additionally, the committee works closely with the administration to resolve systemic issues regarding salary and benefits.

Meetings
The Committee meets monthly on the 2nd Monday at 2 pm in A3065. Please check the Senate Calendar of Events for any updates/changes to meeting schedules. All are welcome to attend meetings.
Current Issues and Projects
- Implementation of the faculty-developed plan to increase salaries to the AAMC median.
- Addressing intramural disparities in faculty salary.
- Generating the 2010 comparability report.
