To be a USU faculty mentor
Please download the excel spreadsheet below, fill it out, and send it as an email attachment to either Dr. Knollman (bknollmann@usuhs.mil) or Dr. Rusiecki (jrusiecki@usuhs.mil). You will need to fill out the following information in the spreadsheet: your name, contact information, academic rank, uniformed rank (if appropriate), department affiliation(s), broad topics/interests on which you can provide mentoring (e.g., education, research, clinical work, professional development) and specialities (e.g., scientific, clinical). Your data will then be entered into a database maintained by the Faculty Mentoring Committee.
USU Faculty Mentor Spreadsheet
This database will be made available to any USU faculty who is interested in inquiring about a potential faculty mentor or someone to talk to about common professional interests. This service is primarily for networking purposes and does not bind you to a formal mentoring relationship.
