Clerkship Period
Post-Clerkship Period
Elements of the Post-Clerkship phase are taking shape as the rest of the curriculum is beginning to gel. This phase has an exciting potential to encourage and weave longitudinal threads through the curriculum, and the committee members are approaching these possibilities with creativity. Please feel free to discuss your thoughts with them on this work in progress.
Medical students will be brought together to ground their experiences in the first two phases and then engage or continue in their period of educational depth and discovery. Mentored early in the MD program curriculum to identify their "eureka moments," medical students will be able to elect focus tracks which include adaptive curricular options (electives and selectives) culminating in professional growth, writing and presentation.
