Community Engagement
Through several outreach activities, the USUCHD seeks to increase public awareness of health disparities research; educate the community about the importance of participation in research; increase research participation in the African American community in an effort to reduce health disparities; raise awareness about the current research studies; develop community research methods; and present scientific findings that can be incorporated into our everyday lives.
