S2M2 Mentor Applicants

2012 Program Dates and Duration

S2M2 is an intensive five-day program. The program each day will start at 8 a.m. and end at 3:00 p.m. Mentors must be able to participate each day and stay until the last participant has left.

Eligibility

Applicants for the S2M2 Program mentor must be 18 years of age, at least a sophomore in college and interested in a medical career. Previous S2M2 participants must meet the mentioned requirements and have been at least two years out of the program.

Application Procedure

Applicants must complete and submit a formal application package with all the required materials to be considered for acceptance. The package must include a completed application and USUHS ID form. Applications must be submitted by April 30, 2011.
